These terms govern your use of Valtqen and purchases from our store.

Using our website

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate order and contact details. Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, submit harmful content or infringe another person’s rights. Purchases must be made by a person able to enter a binding agreement, or under their supervision.

Products and illustrations

Our range focuses on snow play tools. Images include AI-generated design illustrations, and snow creations, scenery or other props do not establish package contents. Screen colors can vary. Materials, dimensions, certification and age suitability are not established by an illustration. Ask us before purchase when a specific detail is essential. Nothing in this paragraph limits your rights if supplied goods do not match an agreed description.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are in USD. Available payment methods, shipping and taxes are displayed at checkout before payment. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; an order is accepted when we confirm dispatch, unless otherwise stated in our confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine availability problem, payment failure, suspected fraud or a material pricing error. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, we refund the appropriate amount and notify you.

Shipping, changes and returns

See our Shipping Policy for rates and processing plus transport estimates, and our Return Policy for the 30-day return request process. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Contact us promptly about changes or cancellation; fulfillment may prevent a change.

Responsible use

Use tools only for their intended snow play purpose. Supervise children, inspect tools before each use, keep fingers clear of hinges, avoid ice and hidden obstacles, and never aim snow at people or animals. Do not use these tools for climbing, rescue or structural support. Follow any supplied instructions.

Content and third-party services

Store content and brand assets belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Do not reproduce them commercially without permission. Third-party links and services have their own terms; a link does not guarantee their content or availability. Shopify hosts our store and checkout.

Privacy and responsibility

Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling. We take reasonable care in providing the service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. No term excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or mandatory rights and remedies for consumers.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules, disputes are submitted to a competent court at the company’s location in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China. Mandatory protections and any non-waivable court rights in your place of residence remain available.

Changes and contact
