We currently accept orders for delivery to the United States only. All prices and shipping charges are in USD.

Standard shipping is $5.99 when the discounted merchandise subtotal is below $50 and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99. Taxes do not count toward the free shipping threshold.

Allow 5–10 business days for processing, then 10–15 business days after dispatch for standard transport: an estimated 15–25 business days in total. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Expedited delivery has no guaranteed arrival date.

Try clean snow that holds together when gently pressed. Very dry powder may not retain a shape. Do not add rocks or pack hard ice into molds.

Children need adult supervision. We have not assigned an age rating; follow the product instructions and assess the individual user and conditions.

Product images are AI-generated design illustrations. Background scenery and snow creations are not included accessories. No image alone verifies materials, dimensions or certification.

Email service@valtqen.com within 30 days of delivery before sending anything. For a change-of-mind return, the buyer pays return postage. Contact us about a damaged or incorrect item so we can resolve it appropriately.

Email us promptly with your order number. We can consider changes or cancellation before dispatch; a change cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.

Remove loose snow and grit, wipe gently and let the tool dry before storage. Follow any supplied care instructions and stop using a damaged tool.
