Eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and any supplied components. Provide your order number or other proof of purchase. This eligibility guidance does not reduce rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

How to request a return

Email service@valtqen.com within 30 days after delivery with your order number, the item and your reason.
Wait for return instructions before shipping. We will explain the applicable next steps.
Pack securely and retain shipping proof and tracking.

This is an international return address in China. Please consider international postage costs when requesting a change-of-mind return.

Who pays postage?

For personal preference or change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage. Original shipping charges are not refunded for these returns unless required by law. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us first; we will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy and return-cost handling. Do not pay for a return before discussing the issue with us.

Refunds

After receipt, we inspect the return and process an approved refund within 10 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the amount. We will let you know if a return is not approved and explain the reason.

Exchanges and cancellation

Email us to discuss an exchange; availability and any price or postage difference must be agreed before returning an item. Request cancellation as soon as possible. We can consider it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment starts. A dispatched order follows the return process.

Your legal rights

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law. If those rights provide a different remedy or deadline, they prevail.
